The desk where the clock matters most
An intimate image propagates in hours. The removal window is 24 hours, the victim is a reference rather than a name, and a female officer can be requested for any report.

Desks act on a lawful removal notice. Nothing here identifies a victim to a platform — the reference is the only identifier that leaves the building.0 past window

Risk flags
raised at intakeA minor flag routes the report to the Child Safety Wing immediately and starts the removal clock before any assessment is complete. Speed is worth more than completeness here.

A complainant may ask for a female officer on any report. The routing respects it without requiring a reason.
Handling rules
non-negotiableNever a second look. An exhibit is hashed once and reviewed once by a named examiner. No analyst browses victim material out of curiosity, and every access is logged.
The reference is the only identifier. Platforms receive a notice reference. A victim's name, address and CNIC never leave this building through a partner rail.
Removal is not resolution. A confirmed removal closes the notice. Support and risk management continue after it, and the two are reported separately.
